Marie is looking for: A Studio / Apartment in Maastricht

Hello,

My name is Marie, I’m 19 years old and I’ll be starting my studies at the Maastricht University School of Business and Economics this September.

I’m currently looking for a studio, apartment or one-bedroom flat in or near Maastricht for for my next 3 to 5 years of studies. with a budget of around €1000/month.

I am ready to rent as soon as possible.

 Financial situation:

* My parents are acting as guarantors (permanent contracts - public administration). They will fully cover the rent.

* Parents’ combined annual gross income (€): 325,000

A little about me:

* Luxembourgish nationality

* Languages: Luxembourgish, English, French, German

* Future Business & Economics student

* Non-smoker

* No pets

* Clean, quiet, organized and responsible

I am a passionate high-level basketball player. I have represented the Luxembourg national team, participating in the 2023 European Championships (Division B) and the 2024 European Championships (Division A). I would like to continue playing at a high level by joining a team in Maastricht as soon as possible.

I also love to travel, and I finance my trips through my regular summer jobs (lifeguard at the swimming pool and youth camp counselor).

Since I am not currently in Maastricht, I was wondering whether it would be possible to arrange virtual viewings when in-person visits are not feasible.

 All necessary documents (enrollment certificate, parents’ income proofs, guarantee letter, etc.) are prepared and available upon request.
