Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

my name is Moritz Roller, I am 37 years old and I was born and raised in Germany. As a trained chef, I worked in the hospitality sector for most of my life, but I decided to take my career in a different direction. After completing my Bachelor's degree in Political Science in Germany, I started a Pre-Master's programme at Maastricht University in February and will begin my Master's degree in Economics this September. 

Currently, I live in one of the UM Guesthouses in Wyck, but I have to move out soon because my short-term contract is about to expire. For this reason, I am searching for a new home in Maastricht close to the university and the library. 

I don't smoke, I don't have pets and I don't throw parties at home, but nevertheless I am a communicative and outgoing person who likes to socialize and to spend time with others. My hobbies are sports and traveling. I speak German, English, Spanish, a little French and currently I am learning Dutch, so I can easily communicate with other tenants and the neighbors.

My studies and rent are fully financed through German BAföG, savings and additional financial support from my family. All necessary documents can be provided on request.
